APOLLO RECOVERY AND PERFORMANCE

About Us

We utilise evidenced based manual therapy techniques along with corrective exercise programming and a number of alternative treatment modalities to create a tailor made treatment and care plan to suit any individual that walks through our door. Although specialising in sports and exercise performance and injury rehabilitation, we are experts at helping with everyday musculoskeletal complaints and recovery.

Our belief is that optimal performance can be achieved in all individuals and understand that optimal performance for some might be something as simple as walking without pain or regulating abnormal posture. By using in depth movement examination and functional assessments we are able to structure treatment protocols and rehab programming to provide the best results for you.

Hannah Brook

Hi my name is Hannah and I am a level 4 Sports Massage Therapist. I gained my qualification in 2014 and have worked within the industry since in both sports and clinical settings. Due to my keen interest in sports I have worked with sports people of all types to help with recovery and performance at both amateur and semi-professional levels. I currently spend the majority of my time working clinically and have a patient list ranging from 14-79 years old and assist with a wide range of issues. I have joined the ARP team to expand on my work in the sports and clinical arenas and hope to bring a wide range of clinical experience to their patient base.

Hannah Arthurs

Hi I’m Hannah and I am a registered Sports Massage and Rehabilitation therapist specialising in a wide range of massage therapies. I have been working professionally in the clinical arena for the last 4 years but have decided to join ARP as I am extremely passionate about the benefits of massage and rehab services for athletes. I currently operate as the clinical lead at Dereham Town FC and thus wish to extend my capacity in the sporting arena. I will be offering sports, deep tissue and Swedish massage and am looking forward to working with a wide range of clinical issues.
